  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Pour 1/4 cup of the vinegar mixture over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining vinegar mixture until ready to use.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool 5 min. Meanwhile, toss salad greens with cucumbers and onions.
  • Slice chicken; place over salad. Drizzle with 1/3 cup of the remaining vinegar mixture. Refrigerate remaining vinegar mixture for another use.
