Grilled Chicken Salads

what you need

Take 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) and 8 cups torn salad greens and mix & match your recipe from these options...

KRAFT Dressing options	salad fixing choices	topping possibilities
Classic Caesar	1/4 cup sliced red onions; 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese	1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits; 2 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
Ranch	1 cup frozen corn, thawed; 1 cup canned black beans; 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese	1 cup tortilla chips, crushed; 1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
Greek Vinaigrette	1/4 cup pitted black olives; 1/2 of a medium cucumber, sliced	1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette	2 peaches, peeled, sliced; 2 green onions, chopped	1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces, toasted

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Marinate chicken in 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing 10 min. Discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F). Cut chicken diagonally into thin slices.

DIVIDE greens evenly among four plates. Top with chicken; sprinkle with salad fixings and topping.

DRIZZLE each salad with an additional 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Dressing.

Make it Easy

Create your own salad mix by combining romaine, baby spinach, spring mix or leaf lettuce.

Special Extra

Add BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce, GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard or soy sauce to the dressing to strengthen the flavor of the marinade.

Variation

Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked marinated fresh chicken breasts.

I've made the Caeser version of this before, but this time we tried the Greek one. It was so good, and was a different taste for a salad from the ususal ranch and Italian. My husband had double helpings, and he doesn't ususally do that with a salad.

I tried the fresh orchard chicken salad with peaches and used walnuts and red wine vinegrette instead. I love to make these salads they are fast and easy.

MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH LOVE CEASER SALAD. IT'S QUICK AND EASY AND WE ALSO TRY DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS ONCE IN AWHILE. BUT WE MAINLY STICK TO THE CHICKEN CEASER. WE MAKE THIS SALAD FOR QUESTS AND THEY LOVE IT.
