  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Let stand 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, poke holes in bottom of disposable aluminum foil pan. Toss vegetables with remaining dressing. Place in prepared pan.
  • Place chicken and pan of vegetables on grill grate. Grill 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning chicken after 10 min. and stirring vegetables occasionally.

Use Your Grill Basket

Omit foil pan. Place vegetable mixture in grill basket. Grill as directed, shaking basket frequently.

In the last few minutes of cooking, I topped the chicken with some Kraft Mediterranean blend cheese crumbles and mixed some of the crumbles into the veggies. A nice added touch. I served it with the Easy Mojitos drink recipe, and a garlic foccacia bread. A nice summer meal! I received many compliments!! I will definitely make again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh boy, was this grilled meal fantastic! Oh boy, was this grilled meal fantastic! Low-effort to prepare, with high-flavor results. The foil pan with punched holes is a superb idea for cooking any combination of vegetables on the grill. I use a 9X9X2 aluminum poultry pan to cook vegetables for my husband and myself. The higher sides make it easier to keep the vegetables in the pan when stirred as they cook.

I found this recipe here on this site a couple years back and we've been making it ever since! It's quick, easy and tastes great! My husband claims it to be the only "chicken & veggie" meal he can eat with out feeling "snacky" later - which is great because what's the point in eating healthy if you're gonna ruin later?! :) Great job with this one Kraft!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This meal was simple and delicious, my entire family could not get enough of it. This meal was simple and delicious, my entire family could not get enough of it. It will be a regular on my menu from now on!!! I also added some fresh squash. I am going to fix it for a large dinner party, but to stretch it out and cut cost some I will use chicken strips and serve over rice. Cook this to wow them at your next party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Amazing! I even got my mom to eat the veggies and she hates veggies. The chicken was so moist and juicy and the veggies were just perfect. I used a grilling basket for the veggies which made it a lot easier and I also used a tad more dressing because when I cut the recipe in 1/2 the amount of dressing wasn't quite enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe last summer for a family gathering. I made this recipe last summer for a family gathering. It was a hit with everyone! It is too cold to grill out here now, but I used it with my countertop grill the other day. It was just as good! The chicken and the veggies just melt in your mouth! I always keep Sun-Dried Tomato dressing on hand now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my favorite grilled chicken recipe. This is my favorite grilled chicken recipe. The sun dried tomatoe dressing really adds a lot of flavor to the chicken. I also marinade my chicken and veggies (seprately) for a few hours in the refridgerator. I also put the veggies on skewers to make kabobs instead of putting them in the aluminum pan.
