  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Brush chicken with oil. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF); cool slightly.
  • Cut chicken into strips; place in medium bowl. Add cheese, tomatoes, dressing and chili powder; mix lightly. Spoon down centers of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito-style.
  • Place, seam sides down, on grill grate. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i really loved this! i really loved this! i did make a few changes though: i cooked the chicken with onion & red/green peppers. After they cooked I added a little dressing and chili powder right to the pan. I mixed the tomato and cheese with lettuce also, and poured the dressing and chili powder on there and mixed. I then combined the ingredients on the shell and topped with more cheese, then grilled. It was one of the best wraps i have ever made.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very tasty, with minimal ingredients. Very tasty, with minimal ingredients. I didn't have a tomato, so I chopped up some sun-dried tomatoes instead. Very yummy! I increased the recipe roughly by half, and it fed two hungry sons (18 & 20) and two adults. I think next time I'll double the recipe, and I might add chopped black olives to the mixture. Topping with salsa would be good also. Will definitely make again.

Then, I also used fresh salsa instead of just the chopped tomato. My family loved it, so did the seniors at our church that we cook for once a month!

I used leftover roast chicken and added some salsa and grilled on a George Foreman. We topped with sour cream when done; also you could add black olives and green onions. So quick and easy!

I spiced up the chicken with salt and pepper, garlic and chili powder before grilling it. I also added red pepper, green onions and corn to the tomato mixture. It seemed lacking with just tomatoes, the extra veggies made it very good!
