We used Tilapia since that is what we had on hand,it was delicious!
YUMMY! I did make a few changes based on what I had on hand. I used white ruffy instead of sole and also Philly Italian cheese and herb cream spread. My pieces of fish were pretty big so I had to double the cooking time. Served with wild rice. Very simple and tasty. I ate the cooked lemon rinds and they really added a lot to the flavor.
Tasted very good.
