I used the basic recipe, but I added dried, minced garlic flakes instead of garlic cloves and instead of parsley, I used dried Italian seasoning. Grilling it on a very low setting was a must, otherwise it will burn. I did use a meat thermometer to make sure the temp was high enough.
My guests loved this and thought they were eating fried chicken until I told them it was grilled. I made legs for the kids and thighs for the adults. Excellent! This is my new go-to chicken recipe!
