  • Heat grill to medium-low heat.
  • Mix mayo and garlic. Brush chicken with mayo mixture; coat with combined crumbs and parsley.
  • Grill, covered, 15 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF).


Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.


Substitute chicken breasts or legs for the thighs, adjusting cooking time as necessary until chicken is done.

    This has soo much flavor. We did this on the grill using the tips of adding chipotle powder to mayo and i used cilantro in some wheat ritz i had. This is a keeper.. a little tricky on grill, probably better in oven but soooooo good. I used Light mayo and my hubby didnt notice.

    This is a delicious recipe! Very flavorful! The breading came off a bit on the grill. But ill bake it next time.

    OMG Yum!! This is delicious!! I am italian so of corse I doubled the mayo and garlic mixture and piled it on, then I rolled the chicken in the ground crackers and parsley and actually lightly sprinkled with olive oil. It wasn't grilling season yet so I placed the chicken on my broiler pan, baked for about 45 minutes or so then put it under the broiler for a minute. The family and I LOVED it! Made it twice already! Yum Yum!
