  • Mix dressing and mayo in medium bowl. Add chicken; stir to evenly coat. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken and onions alternately onto 8 skewers.

  • Place kabobs on plate. Squeeze lemon halves over kabobs.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, mixed with 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves and 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, for the Greek vinaigrette dressing.

Substitute

Substitute plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt for the mayo.

Make Ahead

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! We made this for dinner tonight and I had to come review it before we even finished eating. This recipe is so tasty, quick, and easy. I marinated for 2 hours, then put it on the grill with summer squash, zucchini, and grape tomato skewers basted with a parmesan, garlic, and parsely butter mixture. A huge hit with my whole family--even the picky eaters. Next time I will probably through a few thick slices of bread on, too. Can't wait to make again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We've made this several times for ourselves and company. We've made this several times for ourselves and company. It is a hit every time. You can make the recipe as written which is very easy and good or you can deconstruct it and bump it up a notch. We make homemade greek salad dressing and we also add peppers to the onions and chicken on the skewer. This is a real crowd pleaser and it has become one of my favorite "go to" recipes when feeding a crowd!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a new family favorite! This is a new family favorite! My kids and husband will all eat it, which is unusual! The chicken is very moist with great flavor. We increase the lemon juice a little and marinate it for as long as possible for maximum flavor and serve it with pita bread for sandwiches. Add to this it's easy, and I'm happy!!! Don't forget to soak your skewers for 20 mins to keep them from burning!

I made this recipe for a picnic at our house for some co-workers, in fact I used three recipes from Kraft food & family magazine, and all three were real keepers! I was so excited about how they looked and smelled, I forgot to squeeze on the lemon! But even without it, the kabobs were a huge hit and everyone wanted the recipe. I directed them all to your web site!

I was VERY tired of the same old, same old, so this summer I vowed to try some different recipes. I made these kabobs last night, and even though I used the substitute dressing and forgot the lemon, they were still a hit with my hubby, who is NOTORIOUS for not wanting to try different foods. I will make these again and I will pass this one on to my friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought we would lick the plate! I thought we would lick the plate! This is one of the best Kraft recipes we've tried. Super Moist. Next time I'm going to try it on chicken breasts and make pita sandwiches. Try this one, you will LOVE it. Make sure to grill the lemon, it makes the flavor even better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was really good! This recipe was really good! I let the chicken marinade for 2 hours as suggested by some posters and it turned out really moist. I also used the non-fat greek yogurt instead of mayo and it gave it a nice authentic taste. I also added zucchini and mushrooms to my kabobs!
