Salmon gets a mouthwatering spicy-sweet flavor boost from mustard and maple syrup. Cayenne pepper adds a little heat to make things even more interesting.

What You Need

cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard

tsp. minced garlic

tsp. ground ginger

tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

 salmon fillets (1 lb.)

Tbsp. oil

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate several hours.

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil.

GRILL 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with syrup mixture.
