Salmon gets a mouthwatering spicy-sweet flavor boost from mustard and maple syrup. Cayenne pepper adds a little heat to make things even more interesting.

What You Need

cup  maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard

tsp.  minced garlic
1/4
tsp.  ground ginger
1/8
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)

 salmon fillets (1 lb.)

Tbsp.  oil

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate several hours.

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil.

GRILL 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with syrup mixture.

Prepare as directed, using 1-1/2 cups syrup, 3/4 cup mustard, 2 Tbsp. garlic, 1-1/2 tsp. ginger, 3/4 tsp. red pepper, 24 salmon fillets and 6 Tbsp. oil. Makes 24 servings.
