I didn't have a tomato so I subbed about a half can of diced tomatoes, drained. This was a good way to jazz up corn! The ham was good with BBQ sauce. Will make again!

What You Need

cups corn
1/2
cup chopped onion
1
 plum tomato, chopped
2
Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/4
tsp. crushed red pepper
1
Tbsp. lime juice
2
tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2
tsp. sugar
1
lb. ham steak
1/4
cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Cook corn in dry skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until golden brown and roasted; cool slightly.

COMBINE corn, onion, tomato, cilantro and crushed red pepper in bowl. Mix lime juice, mustard and sugar; stir into corn mixture. Set aside.

PLACE ham steak on grill; brush with barbecue sauce. Grill 7 to 9 min., turning once. Serve with roasted corn relish.

Substitute
Frozen corn can be used instead of fresh in this recipe.
