PREPARE Italian dressing as directed on packaging.
IN a large plastic bag, mix Italian dressing with raw chicken, seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
REMOVE chicken from dressing. Discard plastic bag and dressing.
GRILL chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through.
SLICE chicken into 1/2 inch slices.
GRILL tortillas for a minute until each side until warm and golden brown.
SERVE warm tortillas with sliced chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
