  • Sprinkle Dry Rub evenly onto both sides of chops; gently rub into chops.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Remove chops from pan. Let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Serve chops over tomato mixture.
