Grilled Lemon-Basil Chicken Breasts

Here's a particularly delicious way to enjoy chicken breasts—marinated in a garlicky lemon-basil mixture and grilled (or broiled) to perfection.

What You Need

1/2
cup  white wine vinegar
1/4
cup  oil
1/4
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
Tbsp.  dried basil leaves
2
cloves   garlic, crushed
1-1/2
tsp.  lemon zest
6
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1
tsp.  cornstarch

Make It

BLEND first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Pour marinade mixture over chicken in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

DRAIN chicken, reserving marinade. Whisk marinade into cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer 2 to 3 min., until mixture thickens, whisking constantly.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing occasionally with marinade for the last few minutes.
