Get it all done on the grill with this foil packet technique. New potatoes are infused with tangy dressing and savory Parmesan for a no-mess, delectable side dish.

What You Need

1/2
lb. each red and white new potatoes (about 4 each)
2
Tbsp. water
2
tsp. oil
3
Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2
Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE potatoes in center of 18-inch-long piece heavy-duty foil; drizzle with water and oil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

GRILL 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.

CUT slits in foil to release steam. Open packet. Top potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Special Extra
Mince 2 cloves garlic. Add to ingredients in packet with 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper before sealing packet and grilling as directed.
Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing.
Note
If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.
