Looks good as is, but I'm thinkin' a sprinkle of fried (or broiled) crunched up bacon sprinkled over the top before you close the packet to grill it would bring it up to the max with flavor. Everything's better with bacon.
I actually had the nerve to serve this recipe to a group of people including the chef from a fine dining restaurant at a picnic. They raved about this great GRILLED NEW POTATO dish. I used real butter instead of salad dressing and added Vidalia onion and red, yellow and orange peppers. Then sprinkled KRAFT Parmesan cheese over all. They raved! I took a bow... Thanks, Kraft!
