  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Place potatoes on center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; drizzle with water and oil. Fold foil to make packet.
  • Grill 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  • Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet. Top potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Special Extra

Mince 2 cloves garlic; sprinkle over potatoes along with 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper before folding foil to make packet and grilling as directed.


Prepare using KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing.


If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.

    I actually had the nerve to serve this recipe to a group of people including the chef from a fine dining restaurant at a picnic. They raved about this great GRILLED NEW POTATO dish. I used real butter instead of salad dressing and added Vidalia onion and red, yellow and orange peppers. Then sprinkled KRAFT Parmesan cheese over all. They raved! I took a bow... Thanks, Kraft!

    I really LOVE these, we of course don't make them ALL the time more of a seasonal dish.But we used the Italian dressing, and a little Rosemary :) If your not into ANY spices or that many flavors, try just butter and Parmesan! They are wonderful that way also! Sometime off season I will quarter the larger potatoes and make this but just NOT the same to me.
