  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush onion slices with oil. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until tender. Coarsely chop; set aside.
  • Mix mustard, vinegar, parsley and sugar in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in onions.
  • Serve warm or chilled with grilled meats.

    This is just the greatest! Wonderful on a chuck roast in the slow cooker, chicken breats, burgers, or if you're an onion lover, just by itself! I just love it! Even my family likes it, WOW!

    It was wonderful! I used it with grilled chicken breasts, but saved some of the left overs for burger and brats the next day. Next time I would micro the onions and cut them in smaller sections. But WOW! If you love onions, you MUST try this!
