Place meat on cutting board so one end is facing you. Holding a long knife parallel to the cutting board, carefully cut tenderloin horizontally in half, starting on one long side and cutting to about 1 inch from the opposite side. Open meat as you would a book; place between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Pound meat gently with rolling pin to 1-inch thickness.
Substitute KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for the dressing.

This recipe was easy to make and very tasty; it was a big hit with friends. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because I don't have any other use for the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, so I had to buy a 7 oz container just to use 2 tbsp of it.
This was amazing and very easy to make. The only change I made was to rub the tenderloin w/fajita seasoning first, but I'm not sure it mattered. The glaze had plenty of flavor. This was a huge hit with my family and I can't wait to make it again.
