  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Spread TATER TOTS onto bottom of disposable foil pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Place pie plate on grill grate.
  • Grill 20 to 22 min. or until TATER TOTS are heated through, stirring after 12 min.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! I was skeptical but this worked out great! I used a disposable pie tin and followed the recipe as written. I kept the lid of the grill closed the majority of the time. The only issue I had was that my tots fit in the pan like the picture shows (piled on each other) and it would have been better if they were all touching the bottom and there was room to flip them and move them around. Because my pan was a bit crowded I couldn't really move them so I ended up with tots that were browned on the bottom only. Next time I'll use a slightly larger disposable pan but this is going to be something I do regularly going forward.
