This was so much fun to make, and even more fun to eat! A great dish for a cook out with hamburgers, hotdogs, or salmon... or all of the above!

What You Need

2
 each zucchini and yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2
 each red, green and yellow peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
1/3
cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4
cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

GRILL vegetables 10 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

PLACE in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

SPRINKLE with cheese.

Substitute
Prepare using KRAFT Light Golden Caesar Dressing.
Make it Easy
For easy turning of the vegetable pieces as they cook on the grill, place them in a grill basket, then grill as directed.
