Honestly when I saw this recipe I had to get out my indoor grill, since it's only 13 degrees outside to try it and it was as tasty as I expected! Next time I'm trying it with crumbled blue cheese and an olive oil balsamic vinegar dressing.

The recipe calls for chopping up whole cashews, which are more expensive than the cashew halves and pieces - just buy the halves and pieces since you have to chop them anyway.
