It's a smart alternative to rich decadent desserts. I actually made both peaches and nectarines. I found the nectarines held their texture better and were by far sweeter. I love this idea, as I'm always a weight watcher.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved this recipe. We loved this recipe. Also try it with juice of one lemon and one lime mixed with the honey. Even use sugar instead of honey. Omit the dressing. This results in a slightly sweet/sour taste. Great with spicy grilled flank steak tacos!
