We love doing these, last time we used Kraft raspberry vinagrette dressing, they were a great hit with all.

What You Need

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. honey

ripe peaches (1 lb.), cut in half, pitted

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX dressing and honey in medium bowl. Add peaches; toss to coat.

GRILL peaches 6 to 8 min. or until softened, turning occasionally and brushing with dressing mixture.

SERVE topped with COOL WHIP.

Look for peaches that are slightly soft, with skin that is partially red with some tints of yellow.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.

another good version 1 cup honey, 1 tlbs vanilla, 1 tbls cinnamon mix well in a gallon ziplock bag halve 4 peaches remove pits place in bag of marinade turning often, grill or bake at med. 8-10 min. remove from heat place 1 tsp strawberry preserves in pit hole serve with vanilla ice cream drizzle with marinade yummy

This reminded me of a peach cobbler, minus the breading. Yum!

Good idea but not one our dinner guests, and ourselves went for. Maybe the peaches weren't ripe, not sure.

We left out the cool whip and served this as a side dish with roasted pork loin. Yummy!

Easy to make but bland...I believe a different dressing is needed. Any suggestions?

try looking for "freestone" peaches, they halve very easily

I had a heck of a time halving the peaches, but the ones that didn't get completely squished turned out okay. Anyone have any tricks for splitting the peaches apart neatly?
