We used this recipe with our grilled hamburgers. I personally enjoyed it with just pepperjack cheese and mayo. Although we did merinate the patties with teryiaki. more

Magazine Acquisition

What You Need

cup  fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
Tbsp.  finely chopped red onion
Tbsp.   finely chopped cilantro
Tbsp.  finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Insert pineapple chunks onto skewers. Brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Set remaining dressing aside for later use.

GRILL 3 to 5 min. on each side or until heated through.

REMOVE pineapple from skewers. Finely chop pineapple; place in small bowl. Add reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing, onions, cilantro and peppers; mix lightly.
