If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Heat broiler. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing for later use. Assemble kabobs as directed; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with remaining dressing. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 min.; turn. Brush with reserved dressing. Broil. 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done (145ºF). Remove kabobs from broiler. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
