Cooking Know-How

For the juiciest, most flavorful, grilled meats always use long-handled barbecue tongs or a metal spatula to turn or move the meat pieces on the grill. Piercing the meat with a fork causes the juices and flavor to escape.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very delicious! Very delicious! I used canned, drained pineapple chunks instead of the papaya. Beautiful with the tender rib meat.
