  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Combine beans, corn, peppers and 1/2 cup dressing.
  • Grill meat 10 to 12 min. or until done (145ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing. Cover; let stand 3 min.
  • Cut meat into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Serve with bean mixture.

Special Extra

For extra color and flavor, add 2 finely chopped green onions to the corn relish.

Variation

Pour 1/2 cup dressing over meat in shallow dish; turn meat over to evenly coat meat with dressing. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat in shallow pan. Bake at 400ºF 25 to 30 min. or until done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min.

Variation

Substitute 6 (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops (boneless or bone-in) for the pork tenderloins. Grill 4 to 6 min. on each side or until done, brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this is really good! this is really good! I used Kraft's Pesto Italian dressing in the corn pepper relish with a bit of Real Lemon juice. It gave it just enough zing to the bite without being overbearing. used 1/2 red pepper with 1/2 yellow pepper since it's a different shade of yellow from the corn. Also used the Pesto Italian on the pork. I suggest letting the pork marinate for a while and poking it with a fork to really get the flavor through. Cooked about 30 minutes turning every 5 over medium flame for pork loin cutlets that were about 1' thick. Great with brown rice for a balanced diet, and you can serve the corn pepper relish over the rice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ummm...the recipe was ok. Ummm...the recipe was ok. It was raining outside, so, I couldn't grill it, I broiled it. Not a whole lot of flavor to the chops. I think it needed different seasonings in addition to the dressing.. like garlic powder, salt, pepper. I loved the corn with the red peppers. They were nice, cool, and delicious... would be great company to any warm bbq dish!! ( I didn't add the beans to the corn/red peppers)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made the relish with the suggested onions added. I made the relish with the suggested onions added. It is easy and great as a side dish with anything. Good enough for company or to take to a pot-luck. I don't eat pork and may try this with grilled chicken as another cook here suggested. Kraft has another version on this site with cucumbers in place of the beans. That sounds lighter and I may try it. It would be more work.

You have to try it to believe how good it is! It's very healthy and is filling because of all the fiber. The pork needs to marinate in the dressing for more flavor. Basting while grilling isn't enough. Very Good!

This is great for outdoor cooking events where you need something quick, easy, lasts long outside and is nutritional as well. Another great attribute to this recipe is that you can add different things to it for an easy variation. Enjoyed!!

However, I did cook it a little bit longer than the recipe calls for. The relish was very good also; I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder to it. I would recommend it!

The pork turned out to be so tender, My husband used a spicy rub on the pork instead of the dressing and I made the relish using fat free zesty Italian dressing, I lso served it with the chopped caesar slaw recipe from this website.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy! So easy! I didn't have Italian dressing, so I substituted honey dijon--only not a full cup. I also didn't have red pepper, so I put cabbage in it. It turned out great. My family liked this recipe.
