Grilled portobello mushrooms, zucchini and onions give this sandwich an exceptionally hearty appeal. Vegetarians and meat-eaters alike will rejoice.

What You Need

3/4
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2
Tbsp.   chopped chipotle chili peppers, divided
1/3
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
6
large  portobello mushrooms, (1-1/2 lb.)
2
large  zucchini, each cut into 6 slices
1
large  red onion, cut into 6 slices
6
 KRAFT Singles
6
 hamburger buns
1
large   tomato, cut into 6 slices

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX dressing and 1 Tbsp. chiles. Combine mayo and remaining chiles.

TOSS mushrooms and zucchini with 1/2 cup dressing mixture. Grill with onions 10 min., turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture. Place Singles on rounded sides of mushrooms; grill 1 min. or until melted. Meanwhile, toast buns on grill.

SPREAD buns with mayo mixture; fill with mushrooms, remaining grilled vegetables and tomatoes.

Food Facts
Portobellos are cultivated mushrooms that are the mature forms of crimini mushrooms. They are generous in size (up to 6 inches wide), meaty and robustly flavored. Their open gills and large, flat caps make them great when grilled for a sandwich or sliced for a salad or entrée.
How to Clean Mushrooms
Use a damp paper towel or damp clean towel to gently wipe dirt off mushrooms. Or, rinse briefly under cold running water, then pat dry.
