I cut my red onion into eigths and stuck a toothpick thru each piece to hold them together better. I tossed the onions in the dressing before grilling and brushed dressing on while grilling. I used a tuscan basil vinagarette. Overall it was really good-- the onions come out very sweet and the potatoes are tasty.
