So delicious! I marinated the chicken 10 hours, then assembled the kebabs, using orange peppers, onions, mushrooms, and nectarine halves, then grilled it for 6 minutes on each side. Served with pearl couscous with a little pesto mixed in. Will serve it to guests this summer!
This is a great summer dish. I have made "kabobless" when time is an issue.Turns out great every time.
The chicken tasted really good. The adults like the peppers, the kids not so much.
