Submerge and weigh down 2 untreated cedar planks (14x7x1 inch) in water 4 hours. Brush planks with oil; top with fish, skin sides down. Place planks on grill grate. Grill 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with barbecue sauce mixture after 10 min.
