This could have been a whole lot better if I had used the dill instead of the cilantro. It was too over powering for the meal and called for way too much of it. If I were to make it again with the cilantro I would use half as much. But I will definately try it again sometime soon with the dill.

He even commented on how elegant this dish was. I will definitely make this again, whether it's for a romantic night with my husband or for dinner with friends. Added bonus is that it is super fast and easy to make.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used salmon w/o skin and broiled for about 4 minutes on each side. I used salmon w/o skin and broiled for about 4 minutes on each side. AMAZING! The herb sauce was easy and tasty. Must use fresh herbs though. Made it with a spinach, cuke and tomato salad from the magazine. Best summer dinner and didn't take more than 35 minutes. Def do it again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The salmon turned out good, but the sauce was not good at all. The salmon turned out good, but the sauce was not good at all. We do not make things with cilantro in it very often, so maybe that was just too much. Would try it with dill next time, although I don't think I will make this one again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe! I loved this recipe! The fish was very tasty and the sauce was fantastic! Actually, I can't wait to try the sauce on a baked potato or maybe on top of some refried black beans. I will most definitely be making this again.
