I used salmon w/o skin and broiled for about 4 minutes on each side. AMAZING! The herb sauce was easy and tasty. Must use fresh herbs though.
Made it with a spinach, cuke and tomato salad from the magazine. Best summer dinner and didn't take more than 35 minutes. Def do it again!
I love fish, and well just can't do the salmon. I couldn't eat this at all, I thought the herb sauce would help but it didn't. My friend tried the sauce and loved it, I guess just not for me.
