Grilled Salmon with Herb Sauce

This simple grilled salmon is perfect for a warm summer night.

What You Need

Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

small clove garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE 1 Tbsp. dressing in shallow plate. Place fish, skin side up, in dressing to coat.

MEANWHILE, mix remaining dressing and all remaining ingredients until well blended; refrigerate until ready to serve.

PLACE fish, skin side down, on grill. Cover grill. Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with sour cream mixture.

I used salmon w/o skin and broiled for about 4 minutes on each side. AMAZING! The herb sauce was easy and tasty. Must use fresh herbs though. Made it with a spinach, cuke and tomato salad from the magazine. Best summer dinner and didn't take more than 35 minutes. Def do it again!

I love fish, and well just can't do the salmon. I couldn't eat this at all, I thought the herb sauce would help but it didn't. My friend tried the sauce and loved it, I guess just not for me.

love this recipe! i added extra cilantro in the sauce because my family loves cilantro so much!

very very very very very very bland, disgusting, yucky and did i mention i hate salmon!!i used to like it but now i never want to touch any salmon again!!!! :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( :P

I used the dill sauce but I also used a little less dill than what it called for so it wouldn't over power the fish. It turned out excellent. I would make this dish again.

Definitely use the Dill instead of Cilantro. Gives it that summer taste & smell.

The salmon turned out good, but the sauce was not good at all. We do not make things with cilantro in it very often, so maybe that was just too much. Would try it with dill next time, although I don't think I will make this one again.

My husband, 5 year old son and parents loved it. My dad wasn't thrilled about the cilantro...next time I'll try the dill instead. Otherwise a wonderful recipe!
