Next time I will only use 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. It is VERY hot and I even like spicy, hot foods! The hot spice overpowered the Ultimate Grilled Steak. We had them for left overs the next 2 days. I stored them in an airtight container in the refrigerator then toasted them to keep the crispy texture. I plan to make them again - just reducing the "spice heat"!
