  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Combine first 6 ingredients.
  • Cover half the grill grate with sheet of heavy-duty foil. Grill bread slices on uncovered side 30 sec. to 1 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn bread slices over and place on foil-covered grate. Top with cheese, then tomato mixture.
  • Grill 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted and tomato mixture is heated through.

How to Seed the Tomatoes

Cut tomatoes crosswise in half, then gently squeeze out seeds over sink.

    Next time I will only use 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. It is VERY hot and I even like spicy, hot foods! The hot spice overpowered the Ultimate Grilled Steak. We had them for left overs the next 2 days. I stored them in an airtight container in the refrigerator then toasted them to keep the crispy texture. I plan to make them again - just reducing the "spice heat"!
