Prepare as directed, threading about 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, green or red pepper chunks, mushrooms, onion wedges and zucchini slices along with pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers with shrimp.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
