  • Mix first 3 ingredients in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope. Pour over shrimp in shallow dish. Refrigerate several hours to marinate.
  • Heat greased grill to medium-high heat. Drain shrimp; discard marinade. Thread onto skewers alternately with peppers.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with basil.


Substitute green or yellow peppers for the red peppers. Or use a combination of different-colored peppers.
