I used tilapia instead of snapper. It was mouth watering and delicious. My husband, son and I ate all of it in one sitting.
Very good with rice and greek salad. The fish was slightly bland (perhaps will marinate longer next time). Cooked it in the oven instead of the grill (375 degress for 18 mintues, then took the fish out and continued cooking the zucchinis until tender). Will make again!
very easy, clean and yummy
