Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am not fish fan, but my husband is a huge fish eater. I am not fish fan, but my husband is a huge fish eater. So I am always trying to prepare it different ways. Once I made the dish for my husband and I saw how well he responded to it, I said to myself that it must be worth trying. Of course, I tried it and let me tell you, we ate Grilled Snapper Grecian-Style for the next 2 nights.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good with rice and greek salad. Very good with rice and greek salad. The fish was slightly bland (perhaps will marinate longer next time). Cooked it in the oven instead of the grill (375 degress for 18 mintues, then took the fish out and continued cooking the zucchinis until tender). Will make again!
