What You Need

cup  A.1. Original Sauce
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne) , divided
 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
 seedless cucumbers, halved, sliced (3 cups)
  onion, thinly sliced
cup   chopped fresh cilantro
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
cup   fresh lime juice

Make It

MIX steak sauce and 1/2 tsp. red pepper; pour 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture over steak in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining steak sauce mixture.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 17 to 21 min. or until medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mixture. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

REMOVE steak from grill to cutting board. Let stand 5 min. before cutting across grain into thin slices. Serve topped with cucumber mixture.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

If flank steak is unavailable, skirt steak can be used instead. Prepare as directed, decreasing the grilling time to 10 to 13 min. or until medium doneness.
How to Use Your Broiler
Marinate steak as directed. Heat broiler. Place steak on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
