  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Prick potatoes in several places with fork or sharp knife. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. Cool 5 min. Cut each potato lengthwise in half, then cut each piece into 4 lengthwise wedges. Brush evenly with 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing.
  • Grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until tender, brushing occasionally with remaining Italian dressing.
  • Mix remaining ingredients. Serve with potatoes.

Special Extra

For a spicier sauce, increase the hot pepper sauce to 1 tsp.

    I didn't make the dipping sauce because I already had homemade chipolte mayo available but the wedges were great! I didn't have much Italian dressing left so I added a little olive oil to the bottle and ta-da!

    Delicious! We used Red Potatoes w/ the gold flesh and after microwaving them I "marinated" the slices in the Kraft Extra Virgin Oil Italian Vinaigrette until it was grilling time. For the dressing, I actually just used Ranch mixed w. Blue Cheese Crumbles and stirred in the hot sauce. These were awesome!
