I have made this recipe a few times. It is filling but yummy!
I cooked this for my BF one night and he was so impressed he said he would pay money to eat that again in a restaurant. I used one whole packet of the pre sliced mushrooms and one whole onion instead. It came out great, and looked like you slaved all night but it only took a few minutes really.
