  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Sprinkle Dry Rub over steak; rub into steak. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until medium doneness (160°F), turning every 6 min. Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, toss remaining ingredients except avocados and dressing. Spoon onto 4 individual serving plates.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Top salads with meat and avocados. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
