  • Pour dressing over steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spread one side of each bread slice with mayo. Grill 30 sec. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides; set aside. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 4 min. on each side or to medium doneness (160°F).
  • Cut each steak crosswise in half. Place 1 of the steak pieces on each of 4 of the toast slices. Cover each with 1 ham slice, 1 cheese slice and 1 bacon slice. Top evenly with egg slices; cover with remaining toast slices.
