Looks gorgeous for serving, and tastes even better. Very simple prep and nice way to use farmers market and garden fresh basil, peppers and tomatoes. Also, my vegetarian guest was delighted to have something from the grill for her.
Made today with left over chicken and rice. Very tasty and will have again.
