Making pizza for two is easy when your crust is a pita bread and the topping is a simple blend of plum tomatoes, basil, pizza sauce and cheese.

What You Need

 pita breads (6 inch)
cup  pizza sauce
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
 plum tomato, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
cup  thinly sliced fresh basil

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-low heat.

GRILL pitas 30 sec.; turn. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and tomatoes.

COOK 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and bottoms are golden brown.

SPRINKLE with basil.

How to Chop Fresh Basil
To easily chop fresh basil, pick the leaves from the stems and place on a cutting board. Using a chef's knife and holding the tip end down, cut back and forth across the basil. Be sure that your knife is sharp - a dull knife will bruise the leaves. Use the basil as soon as possible after chopping.
