  • Place guava paste, water and red pepper in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.; stir until paste is dissolved and mixture is well blended. Stir in ham; set aside.
  • Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 6 of the chicken thighs; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining 1/4 cup dressing and remaining 6 thighs. Place all thighs in skillet; top with guava mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).
  • Remove chicken and sauce from skillet; place in serving dish. Cover to keep warm. Add spinach to same skillet; cook 5 min. or until wilted, stirring occasionally. Spoon spinach onto serving plate; top with the chicken.

Guava-Glazed Chicken and Rice- Use 4 of the cooked chicken thighs and 1/2 cup of the sauce from Guava-Glazed Chicken; cover and refrigerate until ready to prepare. Cook 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard bacon drippings. Add 1 cup each chopped onions and chopped mixed red and green peppers, and 4 additional chopped slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham to skillet. Cook 5 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add 1 cup uncooked rice and 1 pkt. Sazon seasoning with saffron; cook and stir 1 min. Top with the leftover chicken thighs. Combine 1-1/2 cups water and the reserved leftover 1/2 cup guava sauce. Add to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 min. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff rice with fork. Serve topped with the crumbled bacon. Makes 4 servings.

For a smoky-sweet flavor, prepare as directed using OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham.

Pues no te lo recomiendo mi querida usuaria, si bien es cierto que Kraft tiene recetas deliciosisimas y faciles de preparar ESTA EN ESPECIAL NO TE LA RECOMIENDO NI POR NADA los sabores en conjunto de las espinacas y el pollo y la guayaba no son nada gratos a el paladar no es lo que yo esperaba prueba algo como la receta de pollo al cilantro con manies es RIQUISIMA!!! BYE
