I used the Bocca Bruschetta burgers, talk about great taste!! This was such a nice, refreshing change from a regular burger. I will definitely be making this often!

What You Need

4
  frozen BOCA Meatless Original Vegan Burgers
1/2
cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
1
clove garlic, minced
4
 foldable whole wheat pita breads
2
 plum tomatoes, sliced
1
cup  shredded lettuce
1/2
cup chopped cucumbers
1/4
cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

GRILL burgers 8 min. or until cooked through (160ºF), turning after 4 min.

MEANWHILE, mix sour cream and garlic until blended.

CUT burgers in half. Top pitas with tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, sour cream sauce, burgers and cheese; fold in half.

Substitute
Substitute plain nonfat yogurt, plain low-fat yogurt or BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream for all or part of the fat free sour cream.
