What You Need

 halibut fillets (1-1/2 lb.), 2 inches thick
1/2
cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3
cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4
cup panko bread crumbs

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

PLACE fish on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

MIX all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Top with crumbs.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
