What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix

1/4

cup KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix

Colorful Frosting

Halloween sprinkles or small candies (optional)

Make It

PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for cupcakes, adding dry drink mix before beating all ingredients together.

FROST cooled cupcakes with Colorful Frosting made with orange flavor drink mix. Decorate with sprinkles or candies or sprinkle with additional drink mix, if desired.

The recipe was easy to make. You have to really like lemons to enjoy the icing. Next time i'll use just plain icing.

I think that this a good recipe for Halloween and year round, just put different decorations on them. I made them with the colorful frosting for a camping this past weekend. They were a pretty big hit.

The recipe calls for too much Kool-Aid. The cupcakes taste way too sweet. I really liked the frosting though!

it is a great recipe for Halloween. I reccomend it to everyone that comes home from trick-or-treating and wants something to nibble on.
