Kneading Dough By Hand
If you don't have a mixer, place flour, salt and sugar on a clean work surface. Make well in center of flour mixture; add water, butter and yeast. Use clean hands to blend liquid into dry ingredients until well blended. Knead 10 min. or until mixture forms soft dough.
Covering the dough tightly with the plastic wrap during the rising step helps to keep the dough moist.
