Rated 3 out of 5 by from I just started using the recipes on this site. I just started using the recipes on this site. I do my best to stick to the recipe as far as ingredients and measuring. I don't like croutons so i didn't buy them. instead i crumbled up some ritz crackers. not a great idea it made the recipe a little mushy tasting. I thought it was a little bland but i will try it again without the ritz and maybe with more miracle whip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My entire family loves this recipe. My entire family loves this recipe. I use mayo(a little more than called for) instead of miracle whip and always add a little salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and garlic and herb seasoning to it for added flavor....AND I have NEVER baked it. We eat it as a pasta salad. Only problem is the croutons will get mushy so we sprinkle them over our plates.

I varied this recipe a little, I used a 16oz pckg of thawed out frozen sugar snap stir fry veggies, and Ragu Cheese Creations mozzarella & parmesean sauce, as the cheese. Everyone loved it in my family, especially my 4 and 2 year old - and they're picky eaters!!!

This is a creative and delicious way to serve ham. I used frozen pepper strips rather than fresh bell peppers and they worked great. Thanks for the recipe!

We also used velveeta instead of shredded cheddar because we had the velveeta laying around. Overall, it was good. The leftovers weren't great because the croutons got mushy.
