I think the recipe has potential but as it stands now its too much bread. I even added another egg & more milk and I still felt like i was eating a serving a stuffing with an occassional piece of brocolli & ham. For as many eggs as are in it, I would have like to be able to taste more of the egg in it.
Super easy, good, filling. I would add a little more milk next time, though.
