I read the other reviews before I made this and I left out the thyme as suggested. I omitted the mushrooms and used half peas and half sweetcorn. My pasta wasn't cooked completely either so I turned off the heat covered the pasta for another 5-7 minutes and they were done. It was a very tasty recipe with the changes, I would make this one again and of course the kids loved it so that's always a plus.
Not real crazy about this one. I don't think I'll make again.
